Where is my data stored?
Bilig is designed with privacy first. Your data is stored locally on your device and synced securely via your personal iCloud account (CloudKit). We do not have access to your data.
Sync isn’t working between devices. What should I do?
Please ensure that both devices are signed in to the same iCloud account and that “iCloud Drive” and “Bilig” are enabled in your iPhone Settings > Apple ID > iCloud.
How do I delete my account/data?
Since Bilig does not require a user account on our servers, simply deleting the app from your device will remove local data. You can manage your iCloud data directly from your Apple ID settings.
How can I request a refund?
All payments are processed securely by Apple. To request a refund, please visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
